1.Monday February 12, 10.15-11.15am > « Tech for Good in the world of wine: Decarbonation and Regeneration ».
I’ll be taking part in this round table, focusing on technological innovations for sustainable viticulture. With the participation of Fanny Barthelemy (Organic Wine Academy), Pierre-Edouard Chatin (Château de Repside), François Daures (Winetechs), and Samuel Brennetot (Crédit Agricole SA).
2.Monday February 12, 12:45-13:45 > « Carbon trajectory and regenerative viticulture for global progress ».
This conference, organized by WinePilot, will highlight company experiences focused on decarbonization and regenerative viticulture. Gaël Dupont (Champagne Valérie & Gaël Dupont) and Yohan Froger (Pour une Agriculture du Vivant), Morgane Le Breton (Maison Le Breton) will be present.
